Dennis Publishing's digital magazines are read by over 1.4 million people a month

Dennis Publishing today announces its annual digital magazine ABCe results, with stand out performances from Monkey, iGIZMO and iMOTOR.  The three digital magazines are read by 1,418,053 people a month - proving that Dennis' innovative approach to digital publishing is reaching huge numbers of consumers every month.  
 
Monkey recorded 283,541* average readers per issue - this marks its fourth successive ABCe rise and its best result since launching in 2006. Monkey, which is celebrating its 100th issue this month, also recently launched its website as the brand continues to go from strength to strength.
 
New launches iGIZMO and iMOTOR both delivered on their advertiser promise of 100,000 readers. Dennis's consumer technology fortnightly iGIZMO attracted 101,785 ** average readers per issue. A recent iGIZMO survey showed that average reading time per issue is 35 minutes, making these numbers more comparable with print magazines in terms of engagement.
 
iMOTOR, the newest addition to Dennis's motoring portfolio, registered an impressive fortnightly circulation of 108,622 ***  average readers per issue . After only five months this is an extremely strong result for the industry's first digital motoring magazine. Advertising responsiveness is also very high, with a recent car manufacturer promotion in iMOTOR delivering over 200 test drives and 400 brochure requests from a single insertion.

Our readers are also spending over half an hour immersed in each issue which makes the environment a very different proposition to websites, where the audience is far more likely to dip in and out.  These audits prove that the digital magazine sector is a viable, growing and successful business model. In addition, these titles are really delivering for our advertisers and in the last 6 months we have welcomed many new brands to the titles including PC World, Mercedes and Volvo."
