Since its launch in 2001, Driver Power has become the UK’s biggest and most in-depth car satisfaction survey. It now has seven surveys covering different phases of the vehicle ownership cycle, from shopping behaviour and buying satisfaction, to aftersales servicing and long-term vehicle satisfaction.
