At the start of your subscription
Print subscriptions start with the next available issue which may take up to 6 weeks to arrive (2 weeks for weekly magazines). Digital subscriptions begin with the most recent issue.
If the subscription that you purchased includes a free gift, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Gifts are sent out separately to your subscription copy of the magazine.
If you bought a gift subscription, any free gifts will be delivered to the purchaser. We reserve the right to substitute the gift advertised for one of equal or greater value if circumstances require. In some cases, if a subscription offer includes a gift with a limited number available, no further gifts will be offered to those subscriptions received after the limit has been exceeded. Please check the terms and conditions of the specific offer at the time of ordering. However all other discounts on the subscription price remain applicable.
Please note that we reserve the right to withdraw a promotion at any time.
If we deem this offer to be misused by either any discount sites or any individual, we reserve the right to withdraw the offer and not fulfil any issues or the gift. No money will be deducted.
Direct Debit trial offers
Direct Debit offers are often preceded by with a short term trial period e.g. 3 issues for £1. We reserve the right to limit the number of trial subscriptions taken up consecutively if subscriptions are cancelled during the trial.
The Direct Debit Guarantee
- This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
- If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, Dennis Publishing will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Dennis Publishing to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
- If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by Dennis Publishing Ltd or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
- If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Dennis Publishing Ltd asks you to.
- You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
Digital and print subscription ‘bundles’
For some magazines, it is possible to purchase combined print and digital subscriptions at a discount on the cost of purchasing individual subscriptions. Without exception this discount is always applied to the digital element; the value of the print subscription is unchanged.
Print and digital subscription ‘bundles’ are only valid for the duration of your print subscription. It is not possible to cancel or suspend a print subscription and still retain the discount on the digital subscription. If you wish to cancel either the print or digital element of your subscription, please contact our customer service team on 0844 844 0053.
Access to digital editions after cancellation
Once your subscription has expired, you will have a limited period of time in which to download the digital editions you have paid for. This period is one week after the last cover dated issue of your subscription for weekly magazines and 4 weeks for monthly titles. After this time, you will no longer be able to download anything new to your device. All existing downloaded issues will be unaffected.

Your subscription is protected by our FULL Money-Back Guarantee. If, for any reason you’re not satisfied you can write to cancel at any time and receive a refund of the cost of all unmailed issues. There are some exceptions to this, which will be advised to you on the letter you received to acknowledge your subscription order.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions for the sale of goods on the Website. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

Prices and Promotions
All prices and charges on the Website are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable and delivery charges. We are not responsible for any other importation taxes, sales taxes or charges that may be levied at the delivery destination.
Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on the Website at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order.

All orders made by you through the Website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
After submitting an order to us we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.
For certain goods, information concerning stock availability is not available on the Website. If you order goods which are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail and you will have the option to wait until the goods are available from stock, or cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.
Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will take place when we send you an email confirming that the goods you have ordered have been despatched to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy .
Right to Withdraw Goods

Age Restricted Goods

Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards in accordance with the payment methods section. Payment will be debited from your account upon or shortly before despatch of the goods to you.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
Delivery and Risk
We despatch items ordered by you as they are available using the method of delivery specified in the deliveries section. The delivery charge is as set out in the deliveries section.
On occasion items maybe lost in transit. If this occurs, you must follow the instructions set out in the deliveries section.
Once the goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you. If you intend to cancel your order in accordance with the cancellation and returns policy, you must keep good care of the goods pending their return to us.
Cancellation & Returns
Should you wish to cancel or return any of your goods, you may only do so in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.
Track Day Cancellations
You are able to cancel your booking a month before the event. No refund will be given within a month before, however you can nominate a substitute driver or attend a subsequent track day.
Each provision of these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be construed separately and independently of each other and the validity of any one part shall not affect the validity of any other part.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We are required by law to inform you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
